1. What are your hours of operation?
Customer service representatives are available to assist you 7 days a week / 24 hours a day.

2. Are your prices in US dollars?
Yes, all prices appearing on the website are in United States Dollars.

3. How much does shipping cost?
With a purchase of $99 or more, standard shipping is free. Pay $15.00 and receive standard free shipping for the next 365 days after purchase. Otherwise, standard shipping is $9.95 per order.

4. Do you ship to international locations?
Currently, we ship ALL products to USA only.

5. How long will it take to get my order?
Prescription orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your prescription(s). Once shipped, it will take approximately 10 business days for delivery. OTC orders are shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via Express Mail (similar to USPS Priority Mail).

6. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access.

7. What about sales tax?
No sales tax is charged.

8. What do you do with my personal information?
The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. In no way will we spam your email address or distribute to any companies who are associated with spamming.

9. What if I need to return my order?
We 100% guarantee our customer's satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Total Pet Supply, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know why. If we are unable to make it right, we will happily explain our return procedure.

10. How long are my credits valid on at TotalPetSupply?
All credits will only be valid for 6 months from date issued.

11. Why do the pills/packaging I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
The medication you order can look slightly different if it is sourced outside of the U.S. However, these products have the same active ingredient(s) and work in exactly the same way. In addition, the manufacturer may change the appearance of the pills / packaging for marketing purposes or availability of components, among other reasons, depending on the country in which it is manufactured and all products sourced outside of the U.S. will list the weight and volume in Metric, but will correspond with the correct Imperial weight as per your order.

12. Why is the coupon code I received via email not working?
The coupon code offered to you through email is for a one time use only. If you have previously used this coupon code when ordering with us unfortunately you are not eligible for the discount on future orders. Additionally it is possible this coupon code has expired.

13. What If I find a lower price with another pharmacy?
We guarantee the lowest price on all of our pet medications. If you find your pet medications cheaper at any other recognized licensed mail order pharmacy, we will not only match their price, we will beat it by 25% of the difference. It is our 125% price match guarantee!

Example: If you find a product on Total Pet Supply for $50.00 and find the same product for $40.00 at another mail order pharmacy, we will provide you with a $12.50 discount, bringing your total to $37.50.
