With a purchase of $99 or more shipping is FREE. Pay $15.00 and receive shipping for the rest of 2008. Otherwise, shipping is $9.95 per order.

Currently at this time we ship to USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
5. How long will it take to get my order?
All over-the-counter orders should ship within 2-3 business days. Once the package has shipped, please allow up to 8-12 business days for delivery.

10. What if I need to return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Total Pet Supply, simply return the product and we will refund you 100% of its value, including the shipping cost. Even if the package has been opened, don't worry! Return the opened package and we will refund you 50% of its value.
