In rare cases, Zaditen may cause dark, bloody or cloudy urine or difficulties urinating, urinary incontinence, painful or burning sensations when urinating, discoloration of the stool, muscle spasms, sudden losses of consciousness, jaundice, bloody vomit or allergic reactions.
