With a purchase of $99 or more, standard shipping is FREE. Pay $15.00 and receive standard shipping for the rest of 2011. Otherwise, standard shipping is $9.95 per order.

4. Do you ship to international locations?
Currently, we ship ALL products to USA and ONLY over the counter medication to Australia and New Zealand.

5. How long will it take to get my order?
All over-the-counter orders should ship within 2-3 business days. Once the package has shipped, please allow up to 8-12 business days for delivery.

10. What if I need to return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Total Pet Supply, simply return the product within 30 days and we will apply a credit to your Total Pet Supply account for 100% of its value, as well as the return shipping cost. Even if the package has been opened, don't worry! Return the opened package and we will credit 50% of its value to your account.

All credits will only be valid for 6 months from date issued.

12. Are USA Points redeemable on any purchase?
USA Points are redeemable on any purchase, buy you must accumulate 200 points before you can redeem any credit towards future purchases.

13. Are USA Points available as soon as I place my order?
The points you accumulate from an order are only applied to your account once your order has shipped.

14. Why do the pills/packaging I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
The medication you order can look slightly different coming from Canada. Firstly, if you are used to Brand Name pills and you have ordered a Generic from us, the pills we send you WILL LOOK DIFFERENT. Generics do not look the same as the Brand Name products, even though they have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT and work in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. In addition, the same Brand Name medication can be different in terms of size, shape, name or color coming from Canada. The manufacturer may change the appearance of the pills / packaging for marketing purposes or availability of components, among other reasons, depending on the country in which it is manufactured.

15. Why is the coupon code offered to me in the live chat window not working?
The coupon code offered to you in the live chat with one of our representatives is for a one time use only. If you have previously used this coupon code when ordering with us unfortunately you are not eligible for the discount on future orders.
