This medicine is a progestin used with another medicine to treat the symptoms of menopause and to protect the lining of the uterus in women on estrogen replacement therapy. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor. Progestins lower the risk of estrogen-related cancer of the uterus.
The FDA, due to the current state of their regulations, has taken the position that virtually all shipments of prescription drugs imported from a Canadian pharmacy by a U.S. consumer will violate the law.
