A heartworm control tablet given monthly by mouth. Comes in the following sizes - Small for dogs up to 11 kg / 25 lbs. Medium for dogs from 11-22kgs/25-50lbs - Large for dogs 22-44kgs/50-100lbs and Extra Large for dogs 45-68kg/100-150lbs. Each packet contains six one month doses.
