Paxil is TABLET and CAN be split in half.

Paxil is used to treat depression, panic disorders, social anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, generalized anxiety disorders, and post traumatic stress disorder. Paxil is in a class of medications called selected serotonin reuptake inhibitors. It works by increasing the amount of serotonin, a natural substance in the brain that helps maintain mental balance.

SIDE EFFECTS that may occur while taking this medication includes headache, dizziness, weakness, difficulty concentrating, nervousness, forgetfulness, confusion, sleep disturbances upset stomach, heartburn, decreased appetite, weight loss or gain, change in sex drive or ability, dry mouth, sweating, yawning, sensitivity to light, runny nose, cough, lump or tightness in throat, muscle weakness or tightness, unusual dreams, painful or irregular menstruation and pain in the back, muscles, joints.
